CTJS pull together for Freddie Hunt
On Friday November 4th, several schools in the local area joined in Freddie Friday- a day publicised and supported by Eagle Radio to help raise funds for Freddie Hunt from Yateley.
Freddie is 2 years old, and has an inoperable brain tumour. The local community have been raising funds to help take Freddie to the USA with his family for potentially life saving proton beam therapy.
Children came to school in non uniform and donated £1, many children also donated pocket money and emptied piggy banks in order to help.
The monies have now been counted and we are delighted to announce that we have raised £410 - one of the highest amounts ever raised for a mufti day!
Freddie's family will be collecting the donation in the near future, and we would like to wish them the very best for the future.
